Why offset belongs in the specification
ET offset describes the position of the wheel mounting face relative to the wheel centerline. It is part of a fitment review alongside diameter, width, bolt pattern, center bore, brake clearance and load requirements.
Avoid choosing by appearance alone
A wheel that looks similar to another may have a different width or mounting position. Do not assume that a pictured wheel or a shared bolt pattern confirms compatibility. Supply the exact vehicle information and any modifications for review.
How SHB handles an enquiry
Tell our team the current wheel specification and the intended change. We can coordinate the requested ET adjustment as part of a project review. Final specifications should be confirmed before production and checked by a qualified installer before use.
